So today i got up and Started my computer, i had breakfast watched TV and went to my computer, steam was updating, i found weird that it was on 0% after a while i noticed that it was still on 0% so i pressed ctrl+alt+del and finished steam, i restarted steam and i got stuck on 43%, i restarted my computer and it got stuck on 29%.Now i restarted steam,yet againm it got stuck on 28% what the fuck?
Try going into Steam directory and deleting the ClientRegistry.blob file
It finaly finished, i decided to restart it, one more time before taking your advice and it went normal.Thanks anyway.
