It just means that when you copy/cut something it's saved to the clipboard. Which just means its saved to be pasted somewhere else. And when you copy something else, it replaces the last thing.
You don't find it. I think. I've never attempted to look.
I'm pretty sure there's an actual clipboard in microsoft word, you get it when you copy multiple things or something.
There's one in Word but there's not a general clipboard for everything you copy, I don't think.
