I need to retrieve data from my non-jailbraked Ipod touch 1st generation

I don't want to lose this data and if I sync it to my Ipod to my Itunes it will erase the data since I just installed my new Window 7 RC build. Also I don't want to jail brake it.

Please Help.

Plug it in, and look for it in "My computer" And copy the whole thing. I think that works easily to get you music back but i'm unsure.
