Its either the graphics card, or the monitor/TV (probably the latter). But somehow, the left is coming out the right. I guess its not a huge deal, since I am going to be using this PC as a headless file server, but what's up with this? Only 1024 x 728 does it, not 800 x 600, or even 1280 x 1024 (which I'm surprised this card even supports). Making it even weirder, 1024 x 728 works fine with my other PC on the same monitor.

Image if you don't get what I mean. Its being reported as 1360 x 768 by the TV.
The monitor is a Toshiba 19" 720p TV over VGA
The graphics card is a ATI Rage 128 AGP.
