i've been using my steelseries 7G for a month now and had no problems with it whatsoever. but when i installed an update for my razer naga hex via razer synapse.after i restarted my pc my keyboard wasn't working anymore. i tried uninstalling razer synapse but that didn't solve it. i tried some other things but i haven't found a fix yet. hopefully someone can help me out with this issue.
as dumb as it sounds have you tried unplugging it, then uninstalling it's driver, then plugging it back in?

Does it work when you boot into safe mode?
