Looks like the original Postal without horrible controls, an even more arcadey feel, and a traditional 80's art style.
So far, i like the way this is going, hoping it'll turn out a decent arcadey 2D massacre simulator.

Croteam are the guys that made Serious Sam 1, 2, and 3, Devolver Digital simply published.
Devolver is a fairly good publisher, they tend to help out indie game companies.

If you have the chance, pick up the indie Serious Sam games they published, they're quite good.
