So, I just bought Oblivion after playing it at a friends (fantastic game I must indeed say) but the resolution only goes up to 1440x900, and my screen is 1920x1080. Help?

actually nevermind the launcher doesn't have that option
Go to My Documents > Games > Oblivion > Oblivion.ini
Find the line iSizew= and iSizeh= and change them to your resolution. I probably am wrong about the things to look for, but it's somewhat like that.
I didn't have a problem changing resolutions, are you sure you aren't clicking certain options right? (Wow that sentence was horribly produced)
