Why do you need 20 email accounts?

Doubt it. It's clearly for Lockerz.
You'll find that 10minutemail accounts are blocked on Lockerz. The only real way to get 20 accounts is to make 5 accounts on Gmail and hotmail over 2 days.

I'm working with PHP and im doing an email list, just want 10 emails to check my project, will take ages to create 10 hotmail adresses. But I think 10minutemail will work fine

You could just as easily check it with 2 emails, or one even.
