This version of SIms pets seems way better. You can customize them almost as much as a Sim themselves.

Pets should have been in the original Sims 3.
Now my life is complete
Not in the UK, damnit.
I'm a sad bastard and I will totally buy this to add to my collection of all the other addons.
Why is this 10$ more expensive than the actual game itself?

EA
$40 bucks for DLC? You have to be fucking with us.

Jesus, all sims dlc is expensive as fuck.
unless they bring back making magic dlc, not interested. Having pet dragons was awesome. (until they burnt the fire-man to death)

They're actual expansions, not just little dlc packs.
Still, the last expansion before Pets was horribly disappointing, and I'm expecting no less from this one.

They added a spellbook, and even a few "magic/witch" themed furniture sets as dlc in the Sims store on the official site.
Based off that, I doubt we'll see an actual making magic type expansion.

That is because this is an expansion, NOT a DLC. This thing is bigger in size than the base game.
If this doesn't make you want the expansion pack I don't know what will.

I guess that isn't nearly as bad then, but I think pets should of been included since the beginning. :v:

They did that in Apartment Life in TS2.
The Sims makes CoD and its DLC look generous
$40?
Sweet Jesus that's expensive.
That is because its an actual expansion pack
Its around half the GB size of the Base game.
You can actually control the pets, I don't remember if you could do that in TS2 or TS1 its been a few years.

You get more in the Sims "DLC" (expansion packs) then Call of Duty
I cannot wait to neglect my real dog just so I can keep my virtual one alive
That's extremely pricey considering what this adds.
And also considering it costs more than the game it requires.
That is because the game has been out for more then 2 years now. The Base game used to cost more then this.

Call of Duty's DLC's are only $15
You get more in the Sims "DLC" (expansion packs) then Call of Duty
Not really. CoD DLC you get maps and Sims Pets you get pets.
Doesn't seem too heavy in either direction.

Yeah but you can do a lot more in the Sims 3 DLC then you can in the COD DLC.
they shoulda added some sort of country side. walking around in the middle of a suburb with a horse is kinda out of place

Yeah, and?
The stuff they included in that expansion is pretty much now in the store for the Sims 3.
My point was that because it's all in the store, the chance of seeing an expansion in the future that adds magic is pretty slim.

I don't have this expansion, but I'd like to think that the new town included would be more equestrian friendly.
Something You should Know.
Its only DLC because thats how its treated online, in real life stores its considered a expansion.
