Please give us the specifications of your computer and its power supply. We don't want to recommend a GPU that your computer can bottleneck and your power supply can't handle (let alone know if it's even safe for one).
The HD 7350 doesn't require a pci-e power connector so this questions whether or not your PSU even has one to use. It's also an OEM card meaning it only comes in prebuilt computers from vendors.
