MSI afterburner doesn't want to set clock values

Hey guys. I downloaded MSI Afterburner beta 14 and enabled unofficial OC settings.
I set some clock values and stuff but now the GPU won't apply these, it listens to Catalyst only. Ideas?

Ok, succesfully set everything but now I have another problem.
Before, when using CCC for overclock, it used to apply clock settings only when the video card is busy. Now it applies them no matter what.
Ideas how I can keep ATi PowerPlay on and use MSI Afterburner's overclocking at the same time?
