Just about anything's going to be bottlenecked by that piece of shit.
Just get a new computer. Even a $200 netbook is better than that.
A 4650 maybe, even that would be bottlenecked significantly.

Just get your friend to come up with $450 and you can build a decent low-end computer that is a hell-of-a-lot better than that...pile.
