I can't find any? Are there any?
I don't believe there is.

Just spend the extra money for a few sticks of DDR3 if thats why you are looking for one with DDR2.

AFIK AM3 motherboards only support DDR3. To get DDR2 you'd need to get an AM2+ mobo. AM2+ supports AM3 chips quite nicely (so I'm told). AMD are pretty good like that. As far as 3 PCI-E slots go I don't remember seeing any...
Actually there are a couple of AM3 DDR2 motherboards, but they're all cheap and so don't have 3 PCI-E slots. Anyway if you have enough money for 3 GPUs (I'm assuming that's what you want them for) can't you fork out another $100 for some new RAM

But yeah buying DDR3 ram would realy open up the flood gates for you, theres plenty of AMD boards that have 3 PCI-E slots, the one I have (a little pricey and rediculous) has 4. The only issue you have with AMD boards at the moment would be if you want to run multiple nvidia cards in SLI, again like the DDR2 AM3 boards their very limited and cheaply made. But if you want ATI Crossfire, there's plenty of choice.
My board, the asus m3a78-t is a ddr2 motherboard with support for SOME AM3 cpu's. I am very satisfied with it and it has all the bells and whitles. Check the HCL http://support.asus.com/cpusupport/cpusupport.aspx If you are looking to add the new hexacore procs from amd they are not listed,so look for an alternative.
