• Question about Lasik eye surgery

I am considering getting Lasik eye surgery and was wondering if anyone on here has had the operation. If you have had it or know someone who has I would love any input you have.
Look into Lasek. It's actually a more natural healing process for your eyes. To sum up: Lasik - Cuts the cornea's leaves nerves exposed until operations completed, gives you a protective contact, but doesn't heal the nerve endings, will force you to use reading glasses later in life. Lasek - They Dissolve the cornea through medical procedure, protective contacts, but the nerve endings heal over time and you have a higher chance of NOT needing reading glasses later on in life Soruce: My uncle had the Lasek procedure done, and his doctor told him the differences, and in turn told me from my own curiosity (i'm planning to get it myself )
I believe Lasek and PRK have much longer recovery times than lasik though
They do, But granted the result down the road is much more of a natural healing process with less complications in the future for the patient.

Do you know if you can still use glasses to boost your vision until the eye heals or would it hinder the healing process.
