I am not sure if this is suppose to be in this section, Anyway I got JC2 today and I have around 200 GB (Space) Left and 2GB Ram.

I did 1 and 2, and restarted, But how do I use Paging file? (It still doesnt work)

It might be a RAM problem. If you're running apps in the background, try closing some of them and running it again.
It is likely is the fact that you have the bare minimum of RAM to run JC2.
Don't worry guys, I had to Verify a File in the options (in steam).
