If you are underage, do not under any circumstances send nudes, the legal system in a ton of countries is horribly broken.
I recall in one case, in the US, a 16/15 year old boy had nude pictures of himself on his phone to send to his girlfriend. He was caught and sentenced [I]as an adult[/I] for having his own nude "underage" pictures on his phone
