Personally, I'm more of a fan of my XIGMATEK Dark Knight. Keeps my i5 nice and cool. If I had to pick between those however, I'd go with the Megahalems. Heard good things about it.
The Noctua beats out the Megahalem on a stock 920 by a few C idle, and 5-10C on load, though it's also quite a bit bigger, but if size doesn't matter I'd say go with the Noctua. http://www.bjorn3d.com/read.php?cID=1797&pageID=8518
NH-D14, but I mean it's $90.
NH-D14, but I mean it's $90.
Comes with 2 good fans that are really worth the $25 bigger price tag
I'm very happy with my NH-D14, and that's considering the fact I actually am forced by my board to run it in an quite unorthodox double pull setup. Despite being my first ever heat sink application, my I5 won't go above 50C or so at full load. (no overclock yet) If you are choosing for pure performance, the NH-D14 all the way, they end up about the same price if you subtract the fans.
NH-D14 by a long shot.
I would either choose the NH-D14 or the Cogage Arrow.

Xigmatek S1283 best air cooler.
