Specs:
RAM: 2GB x 1 & 1GB x 1 DDR2 (I'll probably get some more RAM if I buy this.)
CPU: AMD Athlon LE-1640(2.6GHz) [:smith:]
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8200 (it doesn't post the VRAM anywhere!)
PSU: 220W
Info:
Very well within my price range, good amount of RAM, decent video card, nice HDD (I can use my old ones in this), 9 USB ports, comes with a speakers, mouse and a keyboard (among various other things), and FREE SHIPPING :buddy:.
The things that bug me here aren't big deals, but could conflict in the future.
The case looks extremely small,
could use a better PSU,
single core processor.

you want pictures, go to the link.
Should I get this computer or is there a better one for around the same price? Or is one part shit that will bottleneck the whole system?
Also, I wanna be sure this can run Fallout 3, I'm nearly positive that this can, but just making sure.
I am not going to build a computer. If you're going to post about building a computer, stop.
build one yourself.
This. I know the OP said no building but it is so easy to do. I have built 5 computers and the only problem I have had is I got a HDD that was DOA. As long as be careful about static electricity there is basically nothing you can fuck up on.

basically touch the case before doing things.
That computer fucking sucks, It couldn't play half-life 1.
Forget about playing Fallout 3.
Don't buy that at all. Just make your own. It's not that hard, most people here would even help you make one.
Agreed, slapping together a computer with as little parts as these would take around five minutes to ten minutes. They come in motherboard/CPU sets and they get some performance.
For example:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813500030
Amounts to $340 with a nice case, dual-core processor, Nvidia 9400M, 640GB hard drive, and 2GB of DDR2-800 RAM.
like everyone has already said, build it yourself. I just built mine and all I need is a 4-pin extension cable and I'm done. mine should be fully up and running in a week or so...
damn you 4-6 business days shipping!!!
You said in the OP that that video card is decent. It fucking sucks dick.
Yes, building is cheaper. You just have to put the labor into it.
However, If you just want to be buy a computer your going to have to go look in the $500+ range for anything decent enough to run fallout 3 at moderate settings.

At first I was like, "Holy shit, its like paper thin!" But then I realized it was blending in with the background D:
Anyways, get a barebone kit, its affordable and you can get a decent one that can play games from nowadays. The only problem would be getting a monitor, which should cost 100-200$
Oh wait, I just noticed that you should have a monitor already, since this doesn't have one.
Plus 220w, I could get a computer from walmart with better specs then this for 350$
I only suggest barebone in case you never have built your own before.

Building a computer is around the same difficulty as putting together a desk from IKEA
But really, here's a computer that could actually run fallout 3 fine with the same budget.

Emachines aren't known for their quality, infact quite the opposite.
You guys have to start including OS in builds.
8200 cannot run fallout 3.
OP is a troll.
First, the brand just plain sucks the ultrabawlz.
And second, I built one over buying a machine last year, it was definitely worth it. $300 for parts and I had it up and running within 15 mins at most. It runs Fallout 3 just fine, unlike my Dell I spent $800 on, and its already lasted longer before the hardware falling apart or failing out, and I have yet to see this machine bluescreen.
Seriously. BUILD ONE!!!!!!!!!!

In all fairness, Electronics price values depreciate way too quickly to fairly judge computers bought or built even months apart.

I suppose, but STILL it was a good deal.
