DR1 has a feeling that none of the other games manage to capture. But DR2, preferably Off the Record, is still very good and fun.

some devs are actually removing GFWL from their games (bioshock 2, dark souls), but I don't know about capcom games.

That is if Capcom doesn't transfer over to Steamworks or at least any other service still up. I hope they do, it'd be a huge mistake for them not to because no one would buy their older online games anymore.

Considering Capcom's general treatment for PC games I wouldn't get my hopes up.
Of course the rumors about GFWL going down are currently based on an update that was pulled by Microsoft apparently rather quickly. I'd wait for something official before getting mad at them.
Wouldn't surprise if they did let all of those games go though.

Off the Record is one of my all time favorite games. Get this pack guys, it's worth it.
