Switching from Gigabyte 6870 to Sapphire 6870 Toxic.

2 months ago my graphics card broke, after a lot of hassle, phone calls and emails FINALLY they have done something other than saying "NEXT WEEK LOL" and said I can have any 6870 on their website that is in stock.
These were the choices: http://www.scan.co.uk/search.aspx?q=HD+6870
I had to make the decision kind of fast so I looked at some reviews and ended up going for the overclocked Sapphire HD 6870 Toxic.
2 Questions.
1. Did I go for the right card?
2. Probably a stupid question, but will I have any problems going from Gigabyte to Sapphire? Or just uninstall gigabyte drivers, install Sapphire.
Well the drivers are just generic ATI ones if I'm not mistaken, so as long as the card model is the same, and going into the same PCI-E slot you shouldn't have any problems just swapping them (I had this when I moved my gtx480 to the 2nd slot, I had to reinstall drivers because windows detected it as a new device.)
