A game that uses that special type of sound recording, the very directional one (Virtual Barber Shop if you know it) Would be amazing. I doubt you could actually record a game's audio doing it, but I bet it could be emulated in such a way that it would work just as well

With game audio, you could probably get away with recording sound in six directions, and blending them together based on the position of the sound emitter to get an authentic effect. Beats using volume for 3D sound.

Dynamic as in their engine changes according to the position or status of the player in real time.
I guess it's also a reactive engine in a way.
