whenever im browsing the steam store Im looking for stuff and out of no where. Steam has stopped responding.

System Specs and what you had running at the time of it stoppping responding.
Specs are right there. Not even 20% of processor being used and it only happens in steam store. 2 gigs of ram in use. And no other big programs. just steam
Ah crap, didn't notice the specs, sorry for that.
But crashing randomly? well apparantly everything [b]looks[/b] fine.
I would recommend a defrag and then a scan, if those two operations work out fine, then it should stop crashing if it doesn't, try re-installing steam.
Try going to [url]www.steampowered.com[/url] in IE, if IE goes unresponsive, check Windows Update if you're missing any updates.
