My iPhone felt in water, it still works.
I'm left with these problems:
1. Everytime I connect it to Itunes it asks me to restore it, I've done that three times!
2. Home button isn't working.
I've googled all around, nothing worked yet.
You should have let it dry for a week or so.
Will this fix the home button?
Oh and I left it dry for 4 days.
Maybe try to ask apple customer service if you have the right to send it up and get it repaired. If you're still in the warranty period, that is.
Bury it in a bowl of dry rice to get all the water out.
For future reference, if you drop a gadget in water and it's turned off, leave it off, remove the battery, wrap it in a towel or two and leave it somewhere to dry for a while; turning it on is usually what breaks it
If it's turned on, don't press any of the buttons similarly, just remove the battery and let it dry
I turned it on after 4 days
There's nothing you can feasibly do to fix it, you will have to get it repaired or replaced by apple, but water damage is not covered under any warantee, so you will have to pay full price for the hardware replacement.
Also your title makes no sense, it should be "My iPhone fell into water".

My head auto corrected the title when i read it :(
Thank you for correcting me, but everything works.
The only thing I'm stuck with is the home button.

It's probably permanently fried. There are probably some software home button emulators out there, but really your only bet is to send it back to Apple and hope they don't notice it was water damage, and if they do, fork over the money to get it fixed.
Or alternately go to a company which specialises in repair (I sent my 120gb water damaged iPod to a place in London) and it was fixed completely.
If you do go down that route back everything up.
Best advice is turn the water damaged iPod off ASAP, then put in a bowl of rice on a radiator for several days.

IIRC iPods have a tab in them which changes colour when it comes into contact with water. As well as that the techs (Known as genius's) in Apple Stores are used to people lying in order to get a free repair.
Guys... some guy said that I had to dry it under 120 celcius... I did and now it won't start up!
edit:
I just dried it for 2 seconds and *CRACK*

Yeah I saw this too. I also read that in iPhones it will send out your GPS location and date and time of the water damage to Apple. Not sure how true that is because I would have thought that someone would have found a way to disable it if true

Please tell me you didn't actually do that.
Mhmmm they say that the headphone input thingy will change colour. Nothing changed here.
@starpluck
I DID :C
But, I could use this as an advantage, I could tell them that I started the iPhone and that I heard a crack, and it didn't work anymore.
Oh and it smells horrible :C
Did you drop it in the toilet?
Yes...
Oh wow.. why do you buy expensive shit like an Iphone if you're stupid enough to actually try and dry it at 120 celcius
Argh, I hate myself...
You dropped your iphone in the toilet, then baked it...
I doubt apple will pay for a repair frankly
They will... we pay every month for iPhone insurance. I can even break it infront of them.
But I think that my mother stopped that insurance.
You're the 3rd person I know of who dropped their ipod/iphone in the toilet.

If that's how insurance works, every single insurance company in the world will go bankrupt.

If you got a phone from doing that, it would be called insurance fraud.
We'll see
You should felt it and see if its dry.
2 seconds mate, just 2!
Oh also, it wasn't 120 celcius :C
Was 40
Man you need a title for that, I know people that have dropped their iphone into a toilet, quite a common occurrence
why would you even be engaged in a conversation whilst shitting? I mean seriously talk about awkward moments if you have a loud diarrhea problem...
How about you not put your iPhone in danger in the first place?
