What about letting us EU people buy subscription using PayPal, and without that fucking SMS Protection crap?
I don't even think this will make a difference.
I think for MOP they said they had increased their workforce and will release content faster but all they done is put it on PTR faster and there was still a huge wait between content updates.
Eh, i feel like no matter how much money they try to pump into the game it wont save it. Its hemorrhaging people because they removed the addicting part of it that used to eat the lives and souls of its players.
Now in a week you can go from 1-90, have full shiny gear, and a mountain of gold that you couldn't spend if you tried. It's really hard to keep interested when you literally only need to sign in twice a week for stuffs.... However, new expansions always cause a new influx of people, because its all new content and people like the glory of world/realm first.
But i expect the drop off after the majority have reached end game to be just lethal.
Perhaps they can actually make 25M HC gear superior to 10 man like Asia still has.

That is true to any game. However I feel that MMOs that focus on end game are better than the one that focus on leveling. I mean, I couldn't ever see the endgame of Tera because I simply got bored from leveling. What they should do however is make more exclusive encounters like Ra-Den and Sinestra.

Not really. They can release content too fast, because people would get upset about not being able to clear the current content. We had this issue in ICC and DS. The nerf debuff started kicking in and people started crying "I HAVEN'T FINISHED THIS YET".

Even if I wanted WoW to die the only thing that'll kill WoW is the developers moving on. The amount of core, die hard players alone would be enough to support the game for however long it may be.
A game like WoW could probably survive on 1-2 million players, and it's a long way off reaching that mark.
Most subscription based MMO's barely crack one million then quickly lose subscribers before bottoming out. WoW could easily survive on one million. That's still a lot of people paying monthly fees.
I'd imagine a payment model switch would happen before that though.
"Titan is a clusterfuck so we need to keep WoW up and humming longer"
No going back for the 40-man raids?

Who the hell would want that? To have 40man raids you need 60 people. It's a goddamn nightmare.
T'was fucking awesome that's what it was.
