I'm trying to find out how to change the resolution of San Andreas to 1366 x 768, but there is no option. If anybody knows how to, I'd appreciate them telling me.
If it's on steam you could try the launch options:
-w1366 -h768
Not sure if it would work though.

No, San Andreas uses
-width 1366 -height 768
Oh, close enough.
I don't have the game myself so I wouldn't know.
Place those in a file called commandline.txt, in the same folder as the EXE.

I don't either, but I googled "San Andreas launch arguments", instead of making an assumption. Never make assumptions about command line arguments, ever.

Sorry sir, although this raises the issue why OP couldn't google it himself.

It doesn't usually occur to younger people to search for "Xprogram launch arguments" or "Yprogram command line arguments", bacause they weren't around for the Win9x/DOS days, and never used linux. I agree, It sucks, but such is the cost of progress.
i searched for "gta san andreas launch options", but that was the best i could do

Try enabling windowed mode, and then using the resolution launch options.
