Everytime I try to open a program it says "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Set Associations control panel." I know how to get there but then I don't know what to do. Also, every 5 minutes a window pops up saying "Host Process for Windows Services stopped and was closed." Please help!

Norton anti virus and Comcast anti spyware.
Norton anti virus and Comcast anti spyware.
there's your problem. after you fix this, get Avast, or AVG. both better and free, and spybot S&D but for now, use this: http://www.malwarebytes.org/index.php and change mbam.exe to .bat and run it
