I am on a medication for my heart problems, Spironolactone, which is a diuretic, this means that I need to piss every 30-40 minutes. When I go to sleep at night I usually wake up around 4 hours after getting to sleep, because I need to piss. I used to go to the bathroom and piss, but then I was fully woken up and couldn't get back to sleep. Recently I have just been pulling my window up a small way, then pissing out the window, closing the window, and going back to sleep. Has anyone else done this?
