Try new CMOS battery, or Different RAM sticks [if generates beeps once removed] Although if you can't even get to BIOS I'm stumped, sorry.
Edit> although quick browse showed someone with 'Similar' problems and it was Faulty/"Dead" PSU and had taken MOBO with it, So if it is your PSU you may have just taken a new MOBO out aswell as the old one.
i'll look into returning/buying a new PSU
Anyone else got suggestions?
Make sure the CPU power cable is plugged in located near the CPU itself.
You've installed Motherboard legs, right?

Yes i have installed Motherboard legs
My Power cable came with an 8 pin connecter with latches that could be taken apart to make 2 4 pin connectors, the plug on the motherboard is 4 pin

It seems to be a power problem, i'll borrow a new PSU of a friend, see if that works
