Need a good cpu and motherboard to go along with my GTX 670.

Ok so the build I have right now is:

AMD 965 x4 3.4GHZ Black Edition
GTX 670 Gainward Phantom Edition
12GB DDR3 Ram 1333Mhz
and an MSI 870 - C45 motherboard.

The real thing that I want to get with my PC is the ability to render videos fast,and to be able to play the games for at least next two years and record at the same time,so I would like if someone could recommend a good intel Cpu and a good motherboard to go with it.
Keep in mind that I will be buying these things in December/Begining of January and that my budget at that time will be ~450euros

i7-4770k is the processor of choice for rendering. Good motherboards to complement this are the G45-gaming and the z87x-d3h. The G45-gaming has better audio quality and one more PCI-E 3.0 while the d3h has more USB and better BIOS. The G43 is a good choice if you don't plan on doing SLI/Crossfire.

When you say euros, some websites where we can check prices and a country name would be a good idea... Anyways, I would say 4770k as mentioned above.

I think I'll go with the i7 4770k,it's 320e here in Serbia.

As for the motherboard I think that I would go with the 87-G43 since it is 110e

How much would be a reasonable price to sell my old amd 965 x4 black edition cpu,with the 870 - c45 motherboard and an 30e new cpu cooler all together?
