I ordered the medium ( A5 ) Intuos4 from them about 4-5 weeks ago. They said it wouldn't take that long. So I rang them up and asked whats up and you know what they did ? They gave me the large one ( A4 ) for the same price. It's on it's way to iceland as we speak. Thats 2 times bigger the tablet.
Very awesome indeed, wacom does rock.
now that's good customer service
Whenever I break my pen by accident, after sending it to them they normally get a new one back to me in like a week. Great customer service.
lets hope that volcano goes off again..
lets hope that volcano goes off again..
You mean.. Eyjafjallajökull ?
You mean.. Eyjafjallajökull ?
that one precisely.
I was considering buying one of their tablets. Seeing as they aren't overly expensive. Their custoemr service kind of makes me want one more.

Then if you're getting serious you should move to the intuos line. And if you're a professional you should get the cintiq
Bamboos are great starter tablets. The original bamboo should be even cheaper now with the release of their fancy multitouch ones.
I bought some shitty tablet awhile back, I call it shit but I think I am just shit at drawing..
My bamboo is very good just for a basic one, and even copes controlling the whole PC over 3 screens quite well.
Wacom Sacom Robots.
Wacom Sacom Robots.
See Way-com, even the canadian support reps I talked with said it the same way as me, but their automated machines said wacom...odd, oh well lol.

I have a Wacom, the funny thing is: I still draw with a mouse. xD Wacoms do make everything easier. I usually use code to draw stuff. Hope you enjoy your Wacom! :)
Wacom, kicking ass and promoting creativity since 1983.
so it's not said like wackem?
I'm planning on buying one of their tablets. Seems like they have fantastic quality. How do you guys normally pronounce it? I pronounce it as wah-com.
I was disappointed when I came here and found no rocks being fucked by Wacom :frown:

Must change pronunciation now!
I had a a5 until i broke the pen by misstake, i ended up using it a lot though for like gay surfing and youtube marathons. I mean you move your hand and finger slightly not your entire arm.
I say wah-com not way-com or wackem.
This guy says wah-com on the customer care help video on this page. http://www.wacom.com/productsupport/
