Would this work?
Yea but perhaps get a better psu.
You dont need a Hard Drive or OS?
I already have an OS and hard drive but I might go for a 1Tb one, and what PSU should I get instead?
The 650 GX will be fine for what you're running
I have the exact same gpu (sapphire hd 6850) and I'd recommend a better one for that cpu, I've got a i5 2500k 4,5ghz and it feels like the gpu is a bottleneck.
I'd get 4 or 2 more gigs of ram as it'll run much smoother.

Yeah, a higher wattage PSU won't hurt, it'll make future upgrades easier.

I didn't mean by wattage, I meant by brand, I don't know how great coolermaster psu's are, but if he is ordering, he might as well get a known/good brand.

They aren't too bad, about as good as an Antec, but not quite as good as a Corsair.
