Well as the title says, some things I try to load up are white screens or don't load up at all. I'll give you some screen shots for examples.
On a side note for the Vindictus installation it doesn't actually install/download, nothing happens.(The last picture)

I just added this one, it doesn't do anything it just stays the way it is. It used to allow me to log in and download the beta.

Where are the FP geniuses when you need them?
I have a feeling you have IE6. Some programs use it to display content, but your IE6 is probably broken. Update windows to get IE7/8.
Are your drivers up to date?
Have you run Mbam recently?
Those are the only two things I can think of.
I have run Mbam o.o
What happened if I ran Mbam?
Hello?
MalwareByte's Anti-Malware is a anti-malware program. Running it once in a while is a good thing. Is your computer up to date? Try updating it using Windows/Microsoft Update.
Ok, i'll update
Maybe it's explorer.exe
Try ending that process and starting it again.
I tried ending explorer.
Well I tried to do an auto update but it gave me this at the end...
Some Updates Could Not Be Installed
The following updates were not installed:
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 and .NET Framework 2.0 SP2 Security Update for Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, and Windows XP x86 (KB979909)

Security Update for .NET Framework 2.0 SP2 and 3.5 SP1 on Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP x86 (KB983583)
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 and .NET Framework 2.0 SP2 Update for Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP x86 (KB982524)
Ok so my pc is completely updated but I still have the problem. Someone please help I beg you I really want it fixed, I want to play vindictus with my friend i hardly see.
I know user accounts window and other control panel applications in XP use HTML controls and when something's messed up in IE it just stays white. I don't know about the other applications but you can run a malware check with MBAM, Spybot S&D, MSE, etc and try updating IE.
I have updated IE just now. and the thing is that this happened after i did a restart after scanning with MBAM.

Then get back to us.
I have removed it a long time ago. And I ran Adaware, AVG, MBAM, and Spybot. Still have this random ass problem.
Help.
FIXED: MBAM deleted some DLL files that mywebsearch infected as spyware. I added them back and it is fixed. Thanks for the contribution that people put in here to try and help <3
