• iPod Touch 16GB 1G Home Button Stuck

Hey guys, for the past few days I've noticed that my iPod's Home Button has become less and less sensitive. Well this morning I stuck it in my pocket and when I pulled it out a few minutes later the Home Button was literally stuck. It's no longer flush with the glass of the iPod as if the button is held down yes not coming back up or functioning at all. It's more of an annoyance than anything because I do got SBSettings and all, I just would rather have an iPod Touch that is completely working. Do you guys have any solutions other than send it to Apple? I might as a last resort but I've been short of time plus I never registered my iPod so I can't use the warranty right now.
try sticking something sharp but thin in between the button and the side, there may be something sticky in there, and it may scrape it off.
I just tried a needle but it wasn't small enough. I need something extremely thin. [editline]06:08PM[/editline] I went around the edges and it seems like the button isn't stuck that way. It wiggles some but it's as if whatever spring or whatever it is, is stuck. Any ideas?
Odd that I found this topic because my 16GB first gen iPod touch home button got stuck a couple days ago want it to come out D:
I might just pop off the case delicately then try and fix it that way. But it will be a delicate operation. For now I'm using mQuickDo as a Home button replacement.
