Well it's obviously more than just a map because who the fuck would even register a url name (even evil Micro$oft), just for one map?
maybe they're porting CE anniversary to PC :s
maybe they're porting CE anniversary to PC :s
A man can dream:rolleyes:
I'm not so sure this is just a simple map pack. Why buy two domains, only one of which says multiplayer for a multiplayer map pack?
maybe they're porting CE anniversary to PC :s
Haha haha, yeah...that's it.
A new game seems like the only plausible explanation. I love the Halo games, and have enjoyed all of them, but it seems like they're trying to milk the series now.
Please decent ports from 2-Reach. Please decent ports from 2-Reach. Please decent ports from 2-Reach. Please decent ports from 2-Reach. Please decent ports from 2-Reach.
the company also registered morethanjustamap.com, very bluntly suggesting that this release will be more than just a map.
Hmm. Microsoft, what are you up to?
while highly unlikely the name sounds like something you would call an mmo
Personally I'm waiting for the halo tactical shooter playing as a marine ala Republic Commando.
Halo 4, 5, and 6 were announced when the new studio took over
That's what I mean. Ever since Bungie moved on they've gone too far.
That's what I mean. Ever since Bungie moved on they've gone too far.
Well, Halo 3 did end on a cliffhanger, so it isn't much of a surprise. On the flipside, they could have just made another novel to continue the story.
Anyone else taking MMO from this?
This does indeed sound like an MMO
its a map on a halo built as a Möbius strip
maybe they're porting CE anniversary to PC :s
Please please please please please please please...
Anyone else taking MMO from this?
I thought 'Halo with portals'.
Please decent ports from 2-Reach. Please decent ports from 2-Reach. Please decent ports from 2-Reach. Please decent ports from 2-Reach. Halo 3 with official mod support could compete with the Half-Life modding community, me thinks.
Well it's obviously more than just a map because who the fuck would even register a url name (even evil Micro$oft), just for one map?
Am I the only one who finds the whole Micro$oft thing stupid. I don't know about anyone else, but it always ruins whatever argument someone's trying to make when they do that.
That's what I mean. Ever since Bungie moved on they've gone too far.
Realistically, the games will be released three years apart, with minor installments in between. They're not shitting out content for the hell of it, and not giving a fuck about anything. If you're going to "milk" (term used loosely) something, you may as well make the best of it.

And in my experience Halo has been far more enjoyable with three or so years between each game compared to CoD's now yearly releases. I can take my time leveling up in multiplayer and not make a mad dash to the final levels in between releases. What I mean is that I can ENJOY the game over a couple years than just blast through it all in a few weeks/months.
Well, according to a leak from Gameinformer, Halo Infinity is a very extensive coop campaign for Halo 4. [editline]7th April 2012[/editline] And I got a feeling the "morethanjustamap" domain is probably going to be a website dedicated to Halo 4's Forgeworld equivalent
Well, according to a leak from Gameinformer, Halo Infinity is a very extensive coop campaign for Halo 4.
It is also the name of the Competitive MP.
That's what I mean. Ever since Bungie moved on they've gone too far.
Yeah they've gone too far Releasing a whopping nothing They just said that there would be another trilogy. I don't see what's too far about that.
Infinty was a vehicle graveyard. Those midsection ramps always had vehicles launching into the air and hitting each other
That was the best part of the map.
