Oh look, another person who takes Crowbcat's videos seriously and essentially presents them as facts...:goodjob:
As for the left Joycon issue, now that bigger outlets are reporting it, this will hopefully have Nintendo do something about it.
This and the dock issue are the two main issues that affect every Switch out there right now, and with Nintendo recently pulling all the docks from sale, I think Nintendo is already trying to fix one of them.
As for the stuff posted in Crowbcat's video, that's all extremely uncommon as far as we know and honestly pretty typical for consoles. Defects happen. If it comes out that a huge amount (like more than 10%) were defective on launch, then it's an issue, but we don't have any solid confirmation on that yet, and a compilation video made to bank on controversy for views is not proof.
And before someone brings up the dead pixels issue, it does suck, but keep in mind that goes in line with most fault tolerances for display manufacturers, and Nintendo doesn't make their own displays. There have even been reports of NOA accepting units with only one dead pixel.

Not every Switch is broken to oblivion. I bought one day one and had no problems with it (now I have little scratchings on the back of it). Other than that I have had humongous fun with the Switch and Zelda and don't regret the purchase.
Switch has issues, like every other console. Dock station scratching the console, dead pixels and such. Some people really try to blow the problems out of proportion and make a mountain out of a molehill.
Not every console is affected but the amount of videos and pictures make it seem like it's 50% of consoles being affected even though it's most likely below 3%. I mean some (like Crowbcat) really push the whole "Switch is broken" to make the situation worse than it actually is. When it works it's a great piece of hardware and Nintendo did a lot of things right with it.

Considering this is an issue that was prevalent in the PS4 as well I think this one's a little excusable.
