Upload speed still sucks, and we should be getting 20mbits when we move the modem next to the router rather than travelling around the whole house.

Comcast. What this doesn't show is that during peak load times, my internet gets so slow that I can't even load 480p youtube videos in real-time. Comcast has had a high-speed monopoly in this area for more than 5 years, and it shows in their quality and customer service.

What the pingtest doesn't reflect is that it's nearly impossible to do anything from 8AM through to about 12PM.
