Ok so here's the problem. I uninstalled my old drivers and removed my old 450GTS and rebooted with a new 660Ti installed. I installed the new drivers and rebooted. I then started my PC and noticed that the screen was restricted to a 4:8 aspect ratio and my screen was in a lower resolution, okay whatever. Then when windows boots it loads with this bar.

Instead of the normal boot up screen i usually get. After doing that my monitor goes blank and says it has no signal. I tried doing this numerous times and came out with the same exact outcome. The card is seated properly and I have both cables plugged into the two 6 pin slots. I don't think it's the problem but I am running a mobo geared to Ati cards. I also have a 730w modular PSU. but I don't think that would be the problem. Are my drivers crashing or did I do something wrong?
Start Windows in safe mode (keep tapping F8 before windows starts loading to get a boot menu.) Uninstall the drivers in safe mode and restart the computer and boot Windows up normally. Windows should start with the default video drivers. From there, try reinstalling the drivers again.

Alright I'll try it one more time like that. This was actually a replacement card after i rma'ed the first and i have a feeling they just sent me another rma'ed card.
OK so the card won't run with the default drivers after uninstalling the nvidia drivers.
