Nah.
Nah.
Except yeah.
You'd be surprised at how it dealt with things.
Nah.
Ok, go ahead, find me a WW2 FPS that deals with themes of the holocaust and anti-semetism. Go on, chop chop boyo.

Otherwise the rest of the details are background fluff about genocides, destructions of cultures and planting themselves as the rulers of almost everything in all sorts of both fucked up and wacky ways.

It's a subject you really don't want to touch unless you absolutely have to. And I think that Wolfenstein: The New Order, managed to strike a really good balance. They didn't entirely shy away or ignore their crimes, like so many previous WW2 shooters have. But they also didn't go entirely overboard showing Treblinka gas chambers and mass graves. Overall, they handled it in a respectful manner.
same phenomenon in my view as that "mlp in the holocaust photo" case
I dunno if I'd call Valkyria a JRPG... It's more of a tactical strategy game. There's more gameplay DNA between it and the new XCOM than most turn-based JRPGs. [editline]13th April 2017[/editline] With a smidgeon of fire emblem thrown in there, maybe.

Gollop he self said valkyria chronicles is how he woulda made a new xcom, combat mechanics wise a little after it came out. The game has a lot more xcom in it than jrpg. It's just that its an rpg made by a j developer.
I hoped they had meant the war in the East. That's much too forgotten.
