Ok I want a realy good free modeling software and I found this and I just need to know if it's virus free because my brothers say it probly is because you " Cant trust anything " But I realy need this stuff for things. Can anybody scan it for us ? http://www.pixologic.com/docs/index.php/Main_Page Infact if you have a realy good modeling software for free please tell me
How about you scan it? :smug: It isn't that hard. With most AVs it's Download file > Right click fully downloded file > Scan this file
ZBrush is a professional level versatile modeling/sculpting/general art program that was even used in the making of Half Life 2. Do you honestly believe the developers of this program would include a virus in it?
I wasn't aware Zbrush was free.
It's a professional grade program used by various companies, of course it's virus free :downs: Your brothers are morons. [editline]01:50PM[/editline] Also, www.virustotal.com
So where is it on the site to download it? I was looking to get this but then I relised that you had to pay for it, Are you sure its free?
He's probably not planning to obtain it legally, hence the "is it virus free". OP, how old are you, I asked in a load of your other retarded threads and you never answered :frown:
No it's not virus free. If you install it, prepare to reformat your computer. [editline]07:38PM[/editline] And it's not free

OP, how old are you, I asked in a load of your other retarded threads and you never answered :frown:
god damn I was hoping that they released a free version like a "lite" version for suers to try out and have some of the features, now im sad :frown:
Suers? :v: A lite version would increase sales by quite a large margin.
If your method of obtaining this was of questionable legality, then it probably has at least a trojan on it. Rule of thumb for torrents is never download anything without at least 15 comments and 30 seeds. Rule of thumb for rapidshare is omgvirus unless it's a premium download only. Rule of thumb for megaupload is don't. And you're generally pretty safe on usenet.
Zbrush is great, but it is in no way free. Here's a trial.
I'm talking illegal files, most torrents, rapidshits, and megaupload files aren't illegal.
I beg to differ on those two. At least torrents have Linux distros and assorted shit. Almost all the stuff I've seen on rapidshare and megaupload have been illegal. Although I don't particularly spend my days looking through them to see what is and isn't legal.
I'm pretty sure this guy is a major troll. His grammar is that of a two year old's, but he uses 'somewhat' correct punctuation and capitalization. Also, his other threads bring a bit of accreditation to this theory. In the case that he is not a troll, ZBrush is not free by any means legal. It's a major-league sculpting program that is used by major animation and game design companies, and costs quite a lot. If you do acquire it by some other means, the only virus you get will be given to you by the uploader, not by Pixologic.
www.virustotal.com use it
I for one had no idea it was used in the making of Valve games, that being said by all means go ahead and use it.
I thought valve used 3ds max ..
I thought valve used 3ds max ..
They are different programs for different things, they used both. Also to OP: This program wasn't meant for 8 year old's. [editline]04:02PM[/editline] Actually... after reviewing your other threads OP, please never make a thread again. Every single one of them had no point.
I thought valve used 3ds max ..
If i recall correctly Valve uses Softimage/XSI.
Oh yea, that is right. They do use XSI. I love XSI, I like it more than 3DS but use 3DS because there is more support.
blender.org It's free and it's great.
blender.org It's free and it's great.
different programs with different purposes. Zbrush deals with tessellation and sculpting, blender with polygons and vertices.
