So, I recently overclocked my GPU to 635 (from 550; shader is at 1616) via EVGA Precision. I've noticed a nice little boost in my FPS, but what I did notice is that it seems hot. I have never monitored my temperature before starting to use EVGA Precision, but just how hot is too hot for a GPU?
When at idle, it's about 59~61 degrees. Highest it goes is to 61 when watching streams (since they are resource hogs for whatever reason.) When playing games (i.e. Minecraft, since this is somewhat graphically intensive) it goes to about 80~90.
I'm a little afraid. How hot can it be before I have to start worrying? I have tried Furmark, and it hasn't gone hotter than maybe 80+ ... though, I may try again just to see.
I sometimes put a window fan next to my open computer case, since the ventilation isn't good. I noticed it's much cooler (almost drops about 10 degrees!)
What is the card?

9500GT 1GB DDR2. The best I could get for my computer at this point.
100 degrees is considered very risky, 150-ish plus is considered possibly damaging.

but it depends on your card. look up the general max temps.

Says the maximum temperature is 105 celcius on the NVIDIA website. I'm just going to keep a fan by it though, as it keeps it cooler.
With a fan nearby, the idle goes down by 11, so it's 48 degrees instead of 59 degrees.
60 idle is good

What about when I'm playing? Goes up to 80+
As long as you keep below 95C you should be fine.
