"Let's spoil it in the title because we're fucking retards"
"Let's spoil it in the title because we're fucking retards"
Well that's their job at Shack News. To be complete cunts.
"Let's spoil it in the title because we're fucking retards"
To be fair, he's right on the video's thumbnail.
He's been in every one hasn't he? At the start of each one. Plus he was in one of the trailers for it I'm pretty sure. [editline]26th October 2012[/editline] Wait nevermind, didn't realize he was in it like that.
I would watch the whole movie if they would ever make it.
They made Masterchief move like robocop. He's like a tank.
They made Masterchief move like robocop. He's like a tank.
I think that's the point.
I love how needles just bounce and shatter off his armor. Gives much more of a sense of him actually being a super soldier
Wait a minute, how the fuck did he sneak up on that elite? Every time he walks it's like THUNK THUNK THUNK THUNK.
Wait a minute, how the fuck did he sneak up on that elite? Every time he walks it's like THUNK THUNK THUNK THUNK.
He was listening to his iPod while murdering children.
And how does he keep disappearing? Does Master Chief turn into a fucking ninja when no one's looking?
And how does he keep disappearing? Does Master Chief turn into a fucking ninja when no one's looking?
Hes a robot batman.
I love how needles just bounce and shatter off his armor.
And how does he keep disappearing? Does Master Chief turn into a fucking ninja when no one's looking?
He found a blue powerup.
Well Masterchief is nothing like this in game. His in game movement doesn't make him sound like a tank. Even Iron man does't sound like robocop when he moves. [editline]27th October 2012[/editline] How Kilograms must you weight in order to make that heavy thud sound when you walk?

I may be messing up the chronological order here, since I don't know if he already had shields at this point, but; I seem to remember from the books that the shield system covered the entire armor, including the underside of the boots. They had to adjust to the feeling of walking on ice a bit, since the shield reduced the friction underneath their boots. It's not a stretch to assume this would also dampen the "thud thud thud" of his footsteps, when turned on. The thudding is accurate though, since his armor really weighs a fuck-ton. In fact, its interesting how many little things from the lore they kept; from cryo burns to the insurrectionist side-story (something we haven't seen in the games so far) to the reflexes; if need be, spartans can move REALLY quickly. In the Fall of Reach book chief actually deflects a missile mid-air by slapping it aside, though I might be misquoting since it's been years since I read it.

I've been pleasantly surprised so far. After the horrendous Mortal Kombat web series, I didn't hold out much hope but Forward Unto Dawn has been an enjoyable watch.

I hope when all the parts of the series are released, they are going to do a full length one with all the episodes included. Closest we are going to get to halo movie :v:
