I'd be agreeing with this if it wasn't that BT is probably the best ISP in my area, so.

Since BT owns most of the telecommunications infrastructure in the UK after it was privatized in 1980, I'd wager that if BT blew up then we'd see a lot more smaller ISPs.
BT is an absolutely shite ISP. Fucks me over at every given chance, not to mention the ridiculous and unexplained speed drops and overcharging.
BT have been better than every other ISP here. Virgin isn't available and the exchange isn't LLU, so you have to pay line rental whatever. BT at least offers unlimited fibre, even if it may be a little expensive.

bt infinity is the best
I've never had a bad experience with BT.
80/30 unlimited with Phone for £36 a month, I think that's pretty decent.
+ Free wifi pretty much everwhere.
