I stepped in some shit outside when I was barefoot (extremely stupid, I know), and now i'm having an allergic reaction to it, is there any way I can get the burning pain to go down?

ok so I looked this up, and it's possible I stepped on "Stinging Nettles" because my foot's the only area affected. Anyone know any Stinging Nettle cures?
