As much as I love Worms, I have to admit it has been milked so much now.
The devs had a lot of Balls to advertise that last one with "Includes Map Editor".
Bleh, I was hoping this one would be different like Worms Forts
that was stupid of me

Revolution was going to have the level editor as a paid DLC but everyone complained and Team17 decided to give it for free.

I hope this is more optimized for PC than Revolution was. Since this is a PC exclusive, there is some hope.
Revolution actually was a pretty good Worms game but it was riddled with problems and it died fast.
This game is also a little too expensive even for those who already own Revolution (25% off), though it looks great and it seems that they're improving everything from Revolution.
There's going to be a huge amount of pointless DLC, though.
It's getting to the "another worms game?" point now. My main fear is that the competitive side will die off early and prove to be a waste of resources.
I hope for their sake that Team 17 finds a new IP they can strike a nerve with - the only non-Worms games I can think of by them recently are the Alien Breed games, which themselves are remakes of older ones.
I just bought Revolution though.
They're all the same.
Steam Workshop Support is pretty neat but it'll be the same shit as usual.
Why can't they just make a modern version of worms world party?
