That'll be the most advanced and best program for drawing, if you know how to use it. You'll have to make your own brushes and settings though.
Well could you recommend me some brush settings?
It depends on what you're drawing.
I use a 5px brush with pen pressure turned on and I keep everything else at the default settings. I sketch out my picture then I go over it on a new layer with the Pen Tool to get nice smooth lines.
I'm a sketchy artist, I don't do fine lines.
