i just bought black ops and turns out i can't play it at all :sigh: so ive decided to upgrade my computer
my specs:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 @ 2.80GHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. G31M-ES2L (Socket 775)
grafix: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450
RAM: 2gb ddr2
i was thinking of buying AMD phenom x4 II 955 BLACK EDITION and MSI 770-c45, but that would require a new PSU to run (mine is only 400watts) so id buy 550W Corsair VX550. is this any good? the cost is around 454$ USD. if u have any suggestions for a new build that would be great.
i could also wait 2 weeks and raise my budget to 500-600$ if that helps. plz help im not good with computers parts and sorry if my english sucks (dyslexic)
Where are you buying from? 'Cause that seems a little expensive. And you would need new RAM, too. Save up those 600$ and come back, it'll help lots. And as far as I'm concerned, it runs like shit on everybody's computer, since it's terribly ported. Sorry, you bought a game that should have been ported better or not at all.

Yes, Newegg and MicroCenter generally offer the best US prices. Also, Black Ops is a horrible judge of hardware at the moment.
with specs like that you should be able to play it flawlessly.
wait a couple weeks for more patches and just save up for an entirely new computer in the future.

the only thing I would suggest is upgrading your RAM to 4GB.
