Pretty good batch I would say. I'm liking that Wrack and Fortress Forever got greenlit.
Oh nice, TowerClimb. No Tower of Guns tho, which kinda sucks.
I saw an early version of Fran Bow on The Greenlight, a Greenlight-based show done by Jesse Cox and Josh Mattingly (you may know him as IndieStatik), and it was certainly an awesomely twisted point-and-click with an interesting "pills" mechanic that showed the world in a more "sinister" light. I also saw Neverending Nightmares and that certainly was scary too. I'm supposing that in this dark month of horror, they're bringing in a couple of horror games to even things out.
CastleMiner Z sound like one of those parody titles people sometimes come up with here :v:
Half-Life 2: Capture the Flag? holy shit. Also Underhell, really good stuff here.
CastleMiner Z sound like one of those parody titles people sometimes come up with here :v:
It's the same one found at the Xbox Live Indie games, if I'm not mistaken. Yeah, it is. Without the Xbox Live avatars with guns in a Minecraft world, pretty sure it came out before Minecraft came out on Xbox.
CastleMiner Z sound like one of those parody titles people sometimes come up with here :v:
It's actually a pretty fun game.
I can't believe Castleminer Z is real It looks like something Lowtax and Schmorky would play.
Castleminer Z is my favorite game, and should deserve GOTY on all publications. Hatters gonna hat.
i dont get it, how does things like castleminer z get greenlit? are there really that many kids on greenlight?
i dont get it, how does things like castleminer z get greenlit? are there really that many kids on greenlight?
The same way Garry's Incident got greenlit I guess. People who have no idea what they're voting for.
Some pretty decent games here. Don't know how the hell 'Portal Remake Mod' got on there though. HL2CTF looks awesome though!
The same way Garry's Incident got greenlit I guess. People who have no idea what they're voting for.
Doesn't valve have final jurisdiction on what gets greenlit?
Doesn't valve have final jurisdiction on what gets greenlit?
That only makes me even more concerned.
FUCK YES IKARUGA AND RIMWORLD
Nice to see some mods accepted.
I was so happy when I saw Towerclimb on there. Love that game to death.
Doesn't valve have final jurisdiction on what gets greenlit?
And Valve will greenlight that which will make the most money. Ie. those games with the most votes.
I loved Underhell.
Underhell totally deserves the greenlight, its better then a lot of the crap AAA games we get.
Some pretty decent games here. Don't know how the hell 'Portal Remake Mod' got on there though. HL2CTF looks awesome though!
Literally anyone could retexture ten maps.
Fortress Forever and HL2: CTF made this batch worth it, really good mods.
Hopefully this will help Fortress Forever gain popularity back.
Underhell felt a lot like a early 2000s FPS brought up to modern standards in some ways. I mean this in a good way too. Rimworld also seems really good from what I've seen.
Literally anyone could retexture ten maps.
But I was working on a mod to actually remake it.
Man, I should really make a shitty minecraft clone for greenlight
Castleminer Z is actually pretty damn fun. I've been a big supporter of the game and the developer since it came out. It looks so bad but it plays so good.
Oh shit Wrack I noticed it got greenlit earlier today, caught me by surprise [editline]17th October 2013[/editline] Steam Marines is cool too but I never got the hang of it
