So i will be doing a new build soon and just wanted to see what you guys think about it. Note: This is in Australian currency so not as cheap as the rest of the world. I am getting the parts from http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php
if you ahve another $50 throw it at an upgrade to i7. Trust a computer science major. people make fun of hyper threading but it is a physical difference on the die.

If you're doing video games, there is virtually no difference. The rest of the build looks good, but some concerns have been expressed about the ASRock Extreme4, particularly in the overclocking field: http://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/1enn0h/psa_dont_get_an_asrock_z77_extreme4/

I feel like I didn't put that into word right and I don't know how better to say it.
