• Laptop being formatted and not being able to reinstall drivers

Hey, I'm trying to reinstall all my drivers on my laptop, but I can't seem to get my network driver back. I've tried putting all the drivers back in from windows.old, didn't work, I've tried reinstalling it VIA Device manager, but my driver isn't detectable at all, and I don't have any internet connection to use a driver updater. I really have no clue on what to do apart from ask the people of Facepunch. ALSO, I've tried looking on google, installing my network driver manually via a zip folder or setup file. My driver is an Atheros L1e AR8121/AR8113/AR8114 PCI-E Ethernet Controller. I really need this help.
When you looked on google did you actually go to the manufacturers website? A random driver even of the same network card might not work. If you have a smartphone you might be able to connect it to the wifi then tether your phone to the computer using USB to use a driver updater
Solved, sorry about the really late reply, it just took some experimenting to make it work.
