Yes it is! Connect the 360 to the computer via ethernet cable. (Assuming you are using Windows) Go to network settings, right click on your wireless connection and hit properties, advanced tab, check the box that says allow other users to share this computer's network connection.
Beware, I've had some problems with my NAT being strict, but it works anyway. And make sure the 360 is auto detecting the IP address and DNS servers.
